RETURNING CUSTOMER FAQ

Q. Who is considered a returning customer?

If you have ever successfully registered an account on www.gempakstarz.com, you are considered a returning customer. 

Q. What is meant by ONE (1) Membership Account?

If you have multiple accounts registered using the same email address, all these accounts will be merged into ONE (1) Membership Account.

Q. What will happen to my Gpoints?

Your Gpoints (now called “Reward Points”) will be maintained. If your accounts have been merged, the Gpoints from all your accounts will be added together, for example:
Old account A: 50 Gpoints
Old account B: 100 Gpoints
ONE (1) Membership Account: 150 Reward Points

Q. What is the difference between my old account and the new ONE (1) Membership Account?

Your old account you required you to log in using your username. The ONE (1) Membership Account requires you to log in using your using email address.

Q. How do I log into my account on shop.gempakstarz.com for the first time?

Click “Forgotten Password” and enter in the email address you used to register your account with in the box.

Click “Submit”.

A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.

Q. As a returning customer, am I entitled to receive an EXTRA 50pts?

NOT ALL returning customers are entitled to receive the EXTRA 50pts. 

Only accounts with a balance of more than 1 Gpoint will be entitled to receive the EXTRA 50pts.

Q. If I cannot remember my existing account, what can I do?

Please contact us via our Facebook Messenger by clicking the bubble at bottom right corner of the page.

Kindly provide us the following information to retrieve your account. 

  1. Full Name
  2. Email Address
  3. Tel. Number

Note: The account-retrieval process should take about 1-2 working days. Accurate information help will shorten the processing time.
