• Product purchases will be couriered via standard delivery services and will take the following delivery durations.   

• Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. All orders made on Friday or during weekend will be processed on the next business day.
• Kindly allow 1- 2 business days for us to pack your orders and arrange for courier delivery. Processing time may vary during peak seasons.
• Kadokawa Gempak Starz Sdn Bhd is not responsible for any damages or loss of goods or delayed delivery times once the items are transferred to our courier partners. As Kadokawa Gempak Starz Sdn Bhd is a separate entity from the courier companies, we hope that our customers understand that any damages or delays due to courier service is beyond our control. However, we will provide assistance to resolve any issues that are brought to our attention.
• For parcels returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, we will only re-deliver ONE (1) time without extra charges to the same order address upon request as a second attempt. Kindly notify us within 20 days from the date of return for re-delivery arrangement.
• Please bear in mind we are unable to redeliver again (with or without charges) after the second attempt or 20 days grace period whichever comes first.

        IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:
        Due to uncertainty with global economic issues, kindly expect delays for international deliveries to certain destinations.
